We start the day in silence so that you can be mindful and aware of your surroundings and yourself. Yang style yoga awaits you in the morning, giving you new energy and freshness for the day. In the evening, yoga in the Yin style awaits you to relax and let go. In our coaching workshop "Shine Your Light", you will learn to see your past from a different perspective so that you can move into your future with strength and positivity.
You will immerse yourself in the world of breathing and experience how you can use it to direct your energy and start the day refreshed or start the evening relaxed. My yoga classes are always holistic, which means that in addition to yoga, there is also enough time for meditation, relaxation, breathing exercises and small impulses.
