From the outside, it might look like a yoga weekend. A little exercise, relaxation, beautiful surroundings. But this weekend is more than that.
I invite you to reconnect with who you truly are. Beneath the daily grind. Beneath your thoughts. Beneath what you feel you have to be.
My retreat, “From the Outside to the Inside,” isn’t about becoming better. It’s about becoming more aware.
To feel what truly defines you. To honestly perceive what is present right now. How you treat yourself. Where you hold on. And where you may have longed for more ease and freedom for quite some time.
To arrive again. At yourself. To feel your true self. Or perhaps to truly connect with it for the first time.
I create a space where you don’t have to prove anything. Where you are allowed to be exactly as you are. And where, often, something emerges from that very state that cannot be manufactured: clarity. Connection. Authenticity. “I am back with myself.”

My work doesn’t start with the perfect posture and doesn’t end at the yoga mat. I observe people very closely—where they stand, what moves them, what’s at play in the background. With this sensitivity, I guide you back to yourself through yoga, meditation, visualizations, and inner impulses: from functioning to feeling, from the outside to the inside, from the head to the heart, and into connection with yourself.
My guidance is inspiring and inviting. There is no right or wrong, no pressure. You are free to let yourself be carried, to be fully present in the moment, and to discover a loving way of treating yourself that fosters inner peace.
