Experience a week filled with movement, expression, and soothing tranquility at the Son Manera Retreat Finca. In July, when Mallorca is bathed in warm light and the days are long and vibrant, the setting is perfect for yoga, dance, and mindful reflection.
The daily yoga sessions combine invigorating Hatha Yoga with gentle evening sessions. They strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and give your body new energy. In calmer sequences, tension can ease, flexibility can develop, and regeneration can take root. Breathing techniques and meditation guide you in turning your attention inward and finding greater inner peace.
In the Dance Your Soul sessions, let yourself be carried by the music. No pressure to perform, no set form. It’s about liberating movement, joy, intuition, and the courage to follow your own rhythm. This allows tension to release, creativity to awaken, and a new vitality to emerge.
Between sessions, there is plenty of time for retreat and enjoyment: a stroll through the 77,000-square-meter grounds, quiet moments in your own olive grove, a view of Montuïri from the rooftop terrace, or a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool. The finca is picturesquely situated on a hill on the outskirts of Montuïri and offers sweeping views, tranquility, and Mediterranean serenity. The spa area, featuring saunas, an indoor pool, an infrared cabin, a relaxation zone, and massage services, invites you to wind down the day in relaxation.
You’ll also be well taken care of when it comes to food: full vegetarian-vegan board with a feel-good breakfast served until 11 a.m., soups and salads in the late afternoon, and an evening buffet featuring vegetarian-vegan specialties will accompany your retreat week.

Program Schedule:
The arrival and departure days are completely free of activities—for a relaxed arrival and departure. From Sunday through Friday, there is one 1.5-hour dance session per day, as well as one 1.5-hour yoga session in the morning and one in the evening.
