What awaits you:
A vacation for the senses! Experience - feel - sense. Look forward to daily outdoor yoga sessions and guided hikes. Let yourself be captivated by the wild magic of the cliffs, taste the salty air, feel the warmth of the sun and the wind on your skin.
"Our" beach:
It's right in front of our accommodation. Our hikes will also take you to paradisiacally beautiful bays. What's special: There are two beautiful little bays and the kilometer-long beach of Alvor, all right on our doorstep.
Do you love water sports?
In October, the sea is still warm enough for swimming and you can go stand-up paddling or hire an (outrigger) canoe. If you prefer it quieter, you can also switch your water activities to the river, which flows into the sea within walking distance.
Find your balance:
Yoga and hiking - and simply unwind every now and then. Lazy day on the beach, collecting shells, sitting in your favorite café - anything goes!
This is where we live:
Away from package tourism, we live right by the sea in a vacation home complex in Prainha/Alvor. The houses and apartments are privately rented out by locals and are tastefully furnished.

Enjoy the exclusivity of a small group of maximum 10 participants. There is plenty of room for personal wishes and you can develop freely.
A word about the food:
The Algarve is known for its good cuisine. Even if you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, you will experience many culinary highlights here.
You can have breakfast at home or at the hotel. We combine lunch with our hikes, as there are great restaurants along the way. We are also flexible in the evening and everyone can choose for themselves.
Our program:
The program includes nine yoga sessions and three guided hikes. Yoga in the morning - dynamic and activating - gives you good energy for the day. In the afternoon sessions, the focus is on relaxation and stretching. Anyone can take part, whether you are a beginner or already practiced. The walks are easy and can be done in sneakers.
What else is there?
There are several small towns in the area that have retained their original charm despite tourism. The famous grottos and caves can also be easily explored by boat. The Ria de Alvor flows into the sea via an idyllic lagoon. The landscape is a nature reserve and, with a bit of luck, you may not only see cormorants but also flamingos.

You book the flight according to your wishes - our destination airport in the Algarve is Faro. From there it is approx. 70 km to Alvor and the journey takes just under an hour. A shuttle is available for you at the airport on request.
In short: you don't have to worry about anything on site, BECAUSE YOU'RE ON HOLIDAY!
