We invite you to a yoga, meditation and nature weekend at Findhof, a beautiful place near Lindlar that is ideal for harmonizing body, mind and soul.

In the morning and evening there will be a yoga class to gently stretch your body, revitalize and strengthen it, invigorate your senses and deepen your mind. We vary the classes according to your individual abilities and needs. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners.
Breathing techniques, meditation, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and mantra chanting (kirtan) round off our practice. In Integral Yoga, they support the experience of harmony in body, mind, heart and soul.

We learn new things about yoga, talk about questions and experiences. We go on excursions into nature, enjoy vegetarian delicacies and get plenty of rest,

Arrival

The retreat location (Findhof) is beautifully situated in the Bergisches Land near Lindlar, approx. 40 km outside Cologne. It can be reached by car and public transportation.
We can help organize car pools if you wish.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
