Mindfulness by the Sea
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Lübeck Bay, we’re offering a yoga retreat with Tanja right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, just 200 meters from the sea. From Friday to Sunday, you’ll have the chance to unwind and relax. Through five yoga sessions, both beginners and advanced practitioners will find peace and learn mindfulness. The weekend is rounded off with a short talk on mindfulness. Ayurvedic massages and facials are available as optional extras.
