Yoga · Mantra · Deep regeneration · 1:1 support Das Hilla, Kassel · February 6–8, 2026
Sometimes you don't need to travel far, but rather find a quiet, sheltered place to reconnect with yourself. In a special seminar house near Kassel, this retreat invites you to a weekend full of mindfulness, connection, and deep regeneration. The retreat is deliberately small, personal, and refined—with space for retreat, sound, movement, and genuine being.
What to expect: A lovingly composed program of gentle yet powerful Hatha Yoga, deeply regenerating Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Mantras and harmonium sounds carry you through the sessions and open up a space for inner peace. The program is complemented by Australian Regenerative Deep Relaxation (ArT) and a personal 1:1 ArT bodywork session for each participant. Times of silence, rituals, and conscious non-doing support integration. The individual one-on-one session is a central part of the retreat and enables deep relaxation, regulation of the nervous system, and personal guidance.
The location: The retreat takes place in a quietly located seminar house with a warm, clear atmosphere. A spacious seminar floor with several rooms, a large seminar room with a fireplace, places of retreat, an outdoor yoga platform, individually designed rooms, and high-quality bathrooms create a protected environment.
Meals: During the retreat, vegetarian half-board plus is offered, consisting of breakfast, snacks and cake in the afternoon, and a 3-course dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the day. The kitchen works primarily with regional and organic products. Prices: The retreat fee for the program and support is €450.
Accommodation and meals are charged separately. Double and single rooms are available. This retreat is not a package tour. The retreat services, accommodation, and meals are offered and billed separately. Graduated cancellation conditions apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
