We start the day in silence so that you can be mindful and aware of your surroundings and yourself. In the morning, yoga in Sun Hatha style awaits you, giving you new energy and freshness for the day. In the evening, yoga in the Moon Hatha style awaits you, which serves to bring calm and stability. Through conscious reflection, we will let go of the old in order to start the new year stronger and clearer.
My yoga classes are always holistic, which means that in addition to yoga, there is also enough time for meditation, relaxation, breathing exercises and small impulses.
Whether you have just discovered yoga or have been following your yoga path for some time, the yoga classes will help you to feel more centered, forget the stress of everyday life and be completely in the here and now.
Moon Yoga
The focus is on creating calm and stability for body and mind.
Standing and seated postures are practiced, which are held for longer, with an emphasis on forward bends and twists.
The breathing focus is on consciously lengthening the exhalation to bring the awareness inwards in order to find peace of mind.
Sun Yoga
Is an activating, energizing and dynamic asana practice.
We use prolonged holding of asanas to cultivate strength and at the same time develop sensitivity to prana.
In this practice, we mainly practise backbends and side bends to open the upper body.
The breathing focus is on deep inhalation.
