Program:
- 1–2 yoga classes daily (100 min each)
Friday & Sunday afternoons starting at 4:30 p.m.: a special yoga class to help you settle in and unwind (including meditation, an introduction, and a welcome)
- Meditation twice daily
with or without guidance, as you prefer; mantra chanting; a short talk or reading
- 1–2 talks each day
covering all aspects of holistic yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle, or massage workshops
- Afternoon walks, excursions, and hikes in beautiful natural surroundings, coordinated with the group
- Twice-daily hearty vegan buffet featuring fresh, delicious salads, fruit, granola, bread, jams, and hot dishes—all guaranteed to be organically grown
- Free supplementary activities
such as Nordic walking, guided meditative walks, daily fire ceremonies, mantra recitation, sound massage, and much more
If you’d like, you can book additional massages or consultations, such as a yoga therapy consultation, during which our therapists can advise you on specific ailments and work with you to develop a personalized exercise plan, or an Ayurvedic consultation with valuable tips for a diet and lifestyle tailored to your constitution. And of course, you can pamper yourself with Ayurvedic and other massages and let your mind wander in the Ayurvedic relaxation oasis—pure relaxation!
Arrival Day (Sunday):
Please arrive by 7:00 p.m. at the latest.
Check-in is available starting at 1:00 p.m.; rooms are available starting at 3:00 p.m.
4:30 p.m. (Fri./Sun.) (other days: 4:15 p.m.) Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 p.m. Official start of the seminar with meditation, mantra chanting, introductions, and a lecture.

9:15 a.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
11:00 a.m. Brunch (breakfast/lunch)
1:00–2:00 p.m. Walk/hike/outing, etc., until 4:00 p.m., followed by a yoga class, or the entire afternoon without a yoga class—as agreed upon with the participants; or alternatively, as agreed upon:
2:30 p.m. Workshop/lecture
4:15 p.m. Yoga class, pranayama, deep relaxation
6:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. Meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
End of the seminar/departure day (Friday):

Rooms are available starting at 3:00 PM. At 4:30 PM (Fri./Sun., other days: 4:15 PM) there is a yoga class, and dinner is served at 6:00 PM (both free of charge or included). Weekend seminars end on Sunday at approximately 2:30/3:00 p.m.; longer seminars end on the last day after brunch at approximately 12:00 p.m.
