In addition to five holistic yoga sessions, my retreats also incorporate elements of meditation. We use creative tools and ideas from psychology and coaching, for example in the form of journal questions. There will also be a cacao ceremony with different themes. Because yoga doesn't just take place on the mat!
You will be well looked after throughout the weekend so that you can focus on yourself. In addition, the atmosphere in the group is very familiar due to the small group size, and there is a nourishing exchange. In between, there is also time to retreat, read, sleep, spend time in nature, whatever is good for you.
Schedule: Arrival and check-in is on Friday at 3:30 p.m., followed by a welcome circle with intention setting and input, and immediately afterwards, the first group yoga practice. After dinner, there will be another quiet Yin Yoga session with meditation. On Saturday, the day begins with a morning refreshment and a strengthening 90-minute yoga flow, followed by a hearty brunch and a walk together in nature. This will be followed by a cacao ceremony and a yoga flow. Then you can use the time for yourself or enjoy the sauna. After dinner, there will be a campfire. On Sunday, there will be another 90-minute yoga session after a morning refreshment, followed by brunch and a cacao ceremony in keeping with the theme of the retreat to conclude the event.
