In addition to five holistic yoga sessions, my retreats also incorporate elements of meditation; we use creative tools as well as insights from psychology and coaching, such as journaling prompts. There will also be a cacao ceremony with various themes. Because yoga doesn’t just happen on the mat!
You’ll be fully taken care of throughout the weekend so you can focus on yourself. Plus, the group atmosphere is very intimate due to the small group size, and there’s a nurturing exchange among participants. In between, there’s also time for retreat, reading, sleeping, spending time in nature—whatever does you good.
Schedule: Check-in and room assignment are on Friday at 3:30 PM, followed by a welcome circle with intention-setting and an introduction, and immediately after that, the first group yoga practice. After dinner, there will be another gentler Yin Yoga session with meditation. On Saturday, the day begins with a morning pick-me-up and a invigorating 90-minute yoga flow, followed by a hearty brunch and a walk together in nature. This will be followed by a cacao ceremony and a yoga flow. Then you can use the time for yourself or enjoy the sauna. After dinner, there will be a campfire. On Sunday, there will be another 90-minute yoga session after a morning snack, followed by brunch and a cacao ceremony aligned with the retreat’s thematic focus to conclude the retreat; departure is at 2:30 PM.
