The retreat is a modern three-sided courtyard in the Lusatian Lake District in Lauta, just 45 minutes from Dresden. We have 5 double rooms available in 3 apartments, so you can book together with your loved one, partner, friend, sibling, mom/dad, neighbor, colleague, or whoever else you would like to have with you. There is a large yoga room and a dining room. Guests also have access to a sauna. The surrounding nature and garden invite you to take walks and spend time outdoors.

Catering

A special highlight is the completely homemade and freshly prepared vegan food, which is adapted to the season and provides you with everything you need on all levels. There is a morning refreshment in the form of smoothies and a snack, a brunch buffet, and a 3-course evening menu. Tea and water are available for you throughout the day. Individual requests are gladly taken into account.

You will receive the exact schedule by email after booking. In the morning, there will be light refreshments in the form of snacks and smoothies, followed by a yoga session to start the day. Afterwards, we will have brunch together. Then it's time for walks. In the afternoon, there will be workshops such as partner yoga, a cocoa ceremony with meditation, or Yin Yoga. After dinner, there will be a sound bath, or you can use the sauna. In between, there will always be time for retreat or time and exchange in the group, depending on what you feel like doing.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
