The day begins with a calm, flowing yoga practice that gently activates, builds and balances. Whether on the mat in the light-flooded room or on the meadow with a view of the mountains - the practice is based on your rhythm and level of experience. The focus is on your personal Sankalpa - your own alignment, which accompanies you throughout the retreat.
After the final relaxation and a moment of silence, Soul Motion leads you into a new space of experience. This free, conscious dance is not about steps or forms - but about what wants to emerge from within you. Music in all its diversity accompanies the movement: sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, always inspiring. Small impulses help you to approach your own expression with confidence. Everything is allowed here - playful, authentic, lively.
Soul Motion - developed by Vincent Martínez-Grieco - thrives on pausing, being present in the moment, consciously perceiving space and listening to impulses. It is an invitation to dance your head free, to encounter yourself in a new way - powerful, soft and completely genuine.
Scope of the program
There is a two-hour session on the day of arrival and departure. On the other days, there are two sessions a day: two hours in the morning and two hours in the late afternoon.
