8:00 - 9:00 - Meditation, stretching, arriving in the body

10:00 - 12:00 Workshop on inner freedom and energizing yoga
Time for you
Swimming in one of the 3 nearby bays, excursions, time by the pool, reading on your terrace, sharing, relaxing or doing nothing at all....
17:30 - 19:00 Gentle yoga (Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra...)
Dinner
followed by 1 - 3 evenings: Meditation or mini-workshop on the topic
5 July - Conclusion and departure
One afternoon is "yoga-free" - so there is time to plan a longer excursion.
Excursions to the legendary Acheron Springs, to the lovely village of Sivota, to the mountain village, to other bays .... round off the week if you feel like it.
