🌀 Support for chronic back, shoulder, and joint pain (July 10–17) – ideal if you’re seeking gentle relief and greater mobility. You’ll learn simple, practical exercises for daily life that provide lasting support for your body and help you move with newfound ease.
🌿 Support for multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy (July 17–24) – mindful and individually tailored to gently strengthen you. The focus is on stability, trust in your body, and a conscious use of your strength.
💙 Support for high blood pressure (July 24–31) – designed to help reduce stress and promote inner peace. The practice helps you relax and integrate more serenity into your daily life.
🌸 Support for Anxiety Disorders and Depression (July 31–August 7) – a safe space for stabilization and renewed confidence. Gentle exercises and meditation promote inner peace and strengthen your connection to yourself.

Prerequisites:
Suitable for those affected and yoga teachers. No prior experience required. Classes taught in ENGLISH with German translation.

Seminar Leader:
Harilalji, director of the Arsha Yoga Gurukulam in Kerala (India), is a proponent of traditional, authentic yoga. With many years of experience, he combines yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and Vedanta, teaching the practice mindfully and individually, with a special sensitivity toward Western participants.

Complete the questionnaire and undergo measurements—blood pressure, peak expiratory flow (PEF) in liters per minute, blood sugar levels, and body weight

Starting at 4:15 PM: A gentle yoga session (preferably a YT session)
Starting at 6:00 PM: Dinner (in the main dining hall?)
Starting at 8:00 PM: Meditation for beginners and/or Satsang
9:00–10:00 PM: Introductory session with Harilal and the team

Saturday through Thursday
6:00 AM: Kriya (group): Theory on Saturday morning, followed by Kriya every morning starting Sunday
7:00 AM: Pratha Smarami, Pranayama, chanting (group)
8:30 a.m. Breakfast
9:30 a.m. Consultation with Harilal (individual and/or group, depending on the situation)
