Yoga & Tango Argentino: get involved in this, at first glance, rather unusual combination. You will quickly realize how the two forms of movement complement and enrich each other. Yoga leads to better body awareness and better self-perception. Only when you are aware of yourself can you pay attention to the other person. In Tango Argentino, we learn to engage with the person opposite us and to sensitize our perceptions to the person we are connecting with. On the mat, on the dance floor and in everyday life.

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Both yoga and Tango Argentino emphasize the importance of being present in the present moment. Undivided attention is probably one of the greatest gifts we can give - to ourselves and to others. In movement, learn to let go of all thoughts and give your full attention to yourself and the other person.
In the yoga sessions together, we practise self-awareness and gradually develop an awareness of our body. This refinement helps us to fully engage with our partner in Tango Argentino.

Improved body awareness allows us to perform movements precisely and harmoniously in Tango Argentino, which is a free, very individual improvisational dance in which steps and sequences are created directly in the moment and only through the dancers' non-verbal communication via their bodies.

During these days at the beautiful Kleebauer Hof, get involved with yourself and your counterpart and you will take home many beautiful and valuable memories. Fiery rhythms, in-depth conversations and a sociable get-together round off the days together in the idyllic Mühlviertel.
No experience with Tango Argentino is necessary - beginners are just as welcome as advanced dancers.

From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
