Combine yoga with horsemanship on this break in the Mühlviertel hills. A horseman is a horse person who applies his knowledge for the benefit of the horse on a daily basis, taking into account the horse's individual personality as well as its daily condition. Taking this path in harmony with the horse as a living being brings both sides security and lots of wonderful moments.
The best way to enter this extensive and diverse world of horses, regardless of riding style, is with horses that have already been trained and give the students direct feedback on their body language. In ground work, when we humans are also grounded with both feet, it is easier for us to enter into a relationship with these magnificent animals, to get involved with them and to lay the foundation for a trusting relationship, namely a "herd of two".
In eight sessions, your program instructor will teach you what is important when communicating naturally with horses, how to develop respect and trust on the ground and why this is so important.
You will feel harmony not only in your relationship with horses. With yoga, you will feel completely at one with yourself. The yoga sessions are activating in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Practice physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation and feel strength, expansiveness and pure joy.
