During this break in the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region, you can combine yoga with horsemanship. A horseman is someone who works with horses, applying their knowledge for the benefit of the horse on a daily basis and taking into account not only the horse's individual personality but also its daily condition. Embarking on this path in harmony with the horse as a living creature brings security and many wonderful moments for both sides.
The best way to enter this extensive and diverse world of horses, regardless of riding style, is with already trained horses that give students direct feedback on their body language. In ground work, when we humans are still grounded with both feet, it is easier for us to form a relationship with these magnificent animals, to engage with them, and to lay the foundation for a trusting relationship, namely a "herd of two."
In eight sessions, your program leader will teach you what is important in natural communication with horses, how to build respect and trust on the ground, and why this is so important. You will feel harmony not only in your relationship with horses. Yoga will help you find your inner self. The morning yoga sessions are energizing, while the evening sessions are relaxing. Practice physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation and feel strength, expansiveness, and pure joy.
