TIME FOR MYSELF
When was the last time you took time for YOURSELF?
Just BEING with yourself in silence?
Silence for your mind.
Silence for your heart.
Silence for your soul.
Create space for your BEING.
Create space for HEALING.
Create space to GROW.
My time out
On this yoga vacation, you will find peace, relaxation and find your inner and outer strength. You will experience how your body expands through gentle, flowing movements and how new body spaces are created in which your breath expands. You experience how your mind relaxes through the connection with the flow of your breath and how you become calmer and clearer.
You come more and more into contact with your inner truth. You recognize the things that are already good and those that need more attention and consciously give them more space.
Detached from old patterns, you feel free, alive and strengthened and open yourself up to love for yourself. From this strength, you will succeed in everything you set out to do. Benevolent for yourself, benevolent for others.
In detail
We strengthen our bodies with hatha yoga and gentle vinyasa flows. We stretch our muscles, tendons and tissue at deep levels (Yin Yoga), stretch our fascia and bring our energy back into flow at all levels. We refuel each of our cells with valuable oxygen, mobilize our spine, which not only supports our erectness, but also protects our nervous system and houses our main chakras (energy points). We slow down, bring our mind into stillness and connect with our heart, perceiving our desires and deep needs.
We let go of stress, nervousness or negative emotions. We listen inwards, to our inner wisdom, find solutions and a way of dealing with difficult situations and our issues. We process negative physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, images and impulses for action. We release blockages in the body, mind and on an unconscious level and connect with positive thoughts, feelings and ideas (yoga nidra).
In the meantime, we let our minds wander, whether in a hammock, by the pool, on the beach or over a delicious café by the sea. Or listen to the singing chefs as they prepare fresh meals. A soothing mix of individual freedom and communal inspiration awaits you.
Together we enjoy time with ourselves, in the community and in nature.

I discovered the benefits of yoga and meditation over 20 years ago. I intensified my practice in India, Thailand and Australia, where I lived for two years. I learned meditation, Buddhist teachings and mindfulness techniques. In 2014, I completed my yoga training with the Swiss Ayur Yoga therapist Remo Rittiner. In addition to the healing Eastern method of yoga, I gained in-depth Western knowledge of human anatomy. Further in-depth training followed, such as Yogic Mindfulness with the living yoga legend A. G. Mohan, Personal Life Coaching, Anahata Yoga (Yoga-Alliace), Tools for Transformation, Hands On (BDY.)
My mission: to lead people sustainably to an authentic and self-determined life.
