Slowing down, relaxation, peace, stillness, mobilization, strength, vitality, fitness, coming to yourself.
8.30 - 10 am: Yoga session: meditation, pranayama, yoga (hatha yoga, ayur yoga, vinyasa yoga), self-reflection, jounaling
10 - 11 a.m.: Breakfast
11 am - 5 pm: free time (light buffet)
2x optional walking meditation by the sea (optional)
5 - 6.30 pm: Yoga session: pranayama, yoga (hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra), meditation, fantasy journeys, dream journeys,
7 - 8 p.m.: Dinner
