Sabine Stallinger will guide you through this time-out full of inspiration, reflection and mindful practice. The focus is on developing and manifesting your professional and personal vision. You will be supported by tried and tested coaching methods, visualization techniques and targeted yoga practice, including activating yoga in the morning, yin yoga and yoga nidra in the evening.
On the first evening, you will get in the mood for the topic and get to know the group in a safe environment. On the following days, you start the morning either in the first light of day or with gentle yoga. In the subsequent workshop block, you will focus specifically on your vision work: strengthening resources, goal work, visualization and designing your own vision board.

In the afternoon there is time for walks through the fragrant summer meadows, a sauna experience with a view of the Zahmer Kaiser or simply to pause for a moment with a cup of tea. In the evening, Yin Yoga, meditation and Sankalpa work accompany your inner journey.
The Mountain Retreat Center offers the ideal backdrop for this time-out: small, welcoming and with a magnificent view over the Chiemgau Alps. The vegetarian-vegan cuisine rounds off the holistic experience and gives you new energy.
