Arrival on Friday by 2:00 p.m. at our yoga hotel on the Baltic Sea. The first yoga session starts at 5:00 p.m. with a gently grounding yoga class. Here we use techniques from body awareness and breathing exercises combined with gentle physical exercises with the aim of arriving completely in the moment.
On Saturday morning, there is time to sleep in and relax in our wellness area. In the afternoon at 5:00 p.m., there is another yoga session, which is themed around the seasons and combines dynamic exercises, restorative postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
On Sunday, we start the day at 8:00 a.m. with a final, gentle group session for the morning, with a heart-opening, revitalizing yoga session.
* Optionally, a fourth yoga session (minimum 4 participants) can be booked on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. for an additional fee. Between yoga sessions, there is plenty of time to indulge in culinary delights at our restaurant Fischers Fritz or relax with the included body treatments and spa.
