You will be in a safe space with like-minded people and can be yourself – often deep conversations and new friendships develop. This monastery is a place of peace and simplicity.
With loving presence, we will approach the wholeness of our experience. Unpleasant feelings or resistance, even difficult situations, are part of life, but in the long run they lead to tension and stress and thus to imbalance. With mindfulness, relaxation, slow & yin yoga, Feldenkrais, breathing techniques, and balance exercises, you will dive deep into your inner self. Hatha yoga helps to mobilize your body and bring it back into harmonious balance. You will stretch, breathe, slow down, and enjoy—with Yin yoga, massage, guided imagery, and sound elements. The well-tended garden on the grounds of the Nikolauskloster monastery is an oasis of reflection and regeneration. In this beautiful place and in my yoga classes, you will immerse yourself in the deep experience of all that is. Relaxation will set in more and more, your body can finally regenerate, refresh and recharge its batteries. Replenish your resources and return to your everyday life feeling stable and balanced from within.
Individually tailored to the needs of the group, I will design the sessions so that even yoga beginners can get off to a good start and advanced practitioners can deepen their practice. I look forward to your registration! Namasté Christine Oppermann from Yoga-Trikuti
