Yoga weekend at the Strandhotel Baabe on Rügen

A weekend by the sea with a light program, well guided and at the same time free space, that always works. Friday at 7 p.m. you will be taken straight into the weekend with a professionally guided yoga class. We start with good exercises for the back. Wake up on Saturday morning and off to the sea. We invite you to start the day fit with us on the beach before the rich breakfast buffet. Breathing exercises, good stretching, Kneipp (with your feet in the water), Earthing - that's what invigorates and refreshes you.
The body is activated and we breathe in the fresh, healthy air of the Baltic Sea together.

In the late afternoon before dinner we offer another yoga class. Indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather. There is something for everyone in this yoga class.
We are happy to give you tips for at home.
Our teachers teach with love and dedication so that you can rely on their expertise at all times.

You will spend your yoga vacation in the comfortable rooms of the R&R Strandhotel Baabe of the R&R Hotels & Villas Group. The R&R Strandhotels Baabe Strandhotel is an upscale, stylishly furnished hotel on the beach road of Baabe, the state-recognized Baltic seaside resort in the southeast Rügen biosphere reserve. If the R&R Strandhotel is fully booked, you can stay at the R&R Hotel Störtebeker, the R&R Hotel Strandallee or the R&R Villas.

All hotels and vacation apartments are only a few meters away from the Baltic Sea beach and thus offer the basis for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation in Baabe. Choose from a wide range of different room categories, from non-classified rooms, apartments and vacation apartments to comfort rooms in the 4-star category. Every guest will find the right accommodation for them here. The double rooms in the Strandhotel are in the 4-star category, the rooms in the Hotel Störtebeker are in the 3-star category and the apartments in the R&R Villas Baabe have no star classification.

The rich breakfast buffet offers a culinary experience for every taste. The use of the wellness area is not included in the offer. Current restrictions are also possible. You are welcome to book consultations, treatments & massages. It is best to choose from the offer before arrival to secure your appointment.

Every morning there is an extensive breakfast buffet in the dining room of the R&R Hotels & Villas building in which you are staying.
If you are staying in one of the beautiful villas, breakfast is served in the Störtebeker.

If you have any special requirements, intolerances or special diets, please let us know in advance so that we can respond in good time.

5 pm Yoga in or outdoor

You can travel comfortably by train to Binz,
From there, take the bus in the direction of Göhren.
The journey from Binz takes about 25 minutes, as you have a short stop at the Serams turning point or have to change buses.
If you arrive late, you can contact us and we will pick you up from the station for a fee.
