Friday to Sunday by the sea is always worthwhile. The yoga class on arrival on Friday takes you straight into the weekend. We start with good exercises for your back.

Wake up on Saturday morning and off to the sea. We invite you to start the day fit with us on the beach before the sumptuous breakfast buffet. Breathing exercises, good stretching and Kneipp (with your feet in the water), that's what invigorates and refreshes you. The dreamlike landscape in the still dreamy and pristine Baltic seaside resort of Baabe offers a wonderful setting to feel relaxed and refreshed after a yoga weekend. Between the yoga classes, there is plenty of time for individual leisure activities, such as walks by the sea, a bike tour across the dyke landscape of the Mönchgut peninsula, feasting in cozy cafés, or simply enjoying the sea view in a beach chair. The yoga classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.

The hotel has comfortable rooms and apartments with kitchen/shower/WC and high-speed internet. The rich breakfast buffet offers a culinary experience for every taste. The Strandhotel is one of the top addresses in the Baltic seaside resort of Baabe.
All yoga classes take place either in the yoga studio in the FX Mayr health center or on the sun terrace with a view of the beach.

As a rule, the first class takes place on Fridays at 7 pm.
The schedule may vary in times. We reserve the right to adapt the schedule individually.
Each guest will receive a schedule as a guide when they are welcomed. Day 1 (Friday)

You can travel comfortably by train to Binz,
From there, take the bus in the direction of Göhren.
The journey from Binz takes about 25 minutes, as you have a short stop at the Serams turning point or have to change buses.
If you arrive late, you can contact us and we will pick you up from the station for a fee.

After this, the booking is non-refundable.

The price is from 289,-€ in season A (07.01.-26.04, 10.11.-20.12) per person in a double room standard for 2 nights and differs from season to season.
If you enquire with us, you will receive the current seasonal price. In the high season months, the yoga weekend includes 3 nights!
