I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I deepened my experience in India, Thailand, and Australia, as well as through many years of guidance from Ursula Lyon. Training with Remo Rittiner, A. G. Mohan, Oliver Sheridan, and in Anahata Yoga, among others, expanded my knowledge of Eastern healing methods, mindfulness, and Western anatomy.
