Our small yoga hotel is nestled in the vast landscape of western Rügen - a retreat for anyone looking for peace, nature and mindfulness. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you will find a place here where you can take a deep breath, calm down and recharge your batteries.
The light-flooded yoga room opens up a view of nature and invites you to practice in harmony with the elements. When the weather is fine, yoga moves to our spacious outdoor terrace - surrounded by the gentle sound of the wind and the vast sky above the island.
The atmosphere is calm, warm and authentic. A few rooms, lovingly furnished with natural materials, create space for relaxation and retreat. Here you can simply be - in a house that has deliberately remained small to allow closeness to nature and genuine encounters.
A place for people who appreciate simplicity and the essentials.

With us, every day begins with a lovingly prepared breakfast that nourishes body and soul. Look forward to a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan delicacies - from fresh fruit and hearty spreads to Ayurvedic porridge, which provides a gentle and soothing start to the day.
In the evening, a balanced vegetarian or vegan dinner awaits you, prepared with care and mindfulness. Tea and still water are available to you at all times.
We can also prepare gluten-free meals on request - please let us know in advance.
Our cuisine combines freshness, quality and mindfulness - for a good gut feeling and new energy at all levels.

Sunday - arrival day
You arrive between 14:00 and 18:00 and have time to settle in and arrive.
Monday
The day begins with an invigorating yoga session from 8:00 to 9:15, followed by a leisurely breakfast.
In the afternoon there is time for yourself - for a walk, a massage or simply to relax.
In the evening we practice yoga again from 17:30 to 18:45.

Tuesday to Thursday
On these days you have the opportunity to take part in a yoga session either in the morning at 8:00 am or in the evening at 5:30 pm - depending on the number of participants.
In between there is plenty of time for excursions around the island, quiet hours in the sauna or a soothing massage (by appointment).

Friday - departure day
Breakfast awaits you from 8:00 am. Then it's time to say goodbye - full, invigorated and with plenty of rest in your luggage.

The times may vary slightly depending on the group dynamics and weather.

You can travel by train to Bergen auf Rügen station, from there take bus 35 to the Silenz junction (approx. 300m walk). Please note that the bus only runs about 4 times a day. When planning your journey, enter "Abzweig Silenz" as the terminus so that you can take the best connection.
