Initial consultation / medical history
Daily:
2 light meals (muesli for breakfast, vegetable soup for dinner)
2 times 75 minutes of yoga daily (regular classes in the village are counted as 2 yoga sessions)
on the days when there are no regular classes, there are group or individual lessons.
The lessons include yoga, meditation and breathing techniques

Departure until 11 am
Breakfast is served for our yoga guests every morning from 9 am, after yoga.
Dinner is served every evening from 5:30 pm.
