In everyday life, we are dominated by events and happenings that come at us from outside. Be it
at work, through social media, the consumption of world media or through the relationships we have. By
taking in all these things, perceiving them, feeling them and allowing them to become part of us, we often lose the
ability to listen to our inner voice. The overwhelming speed of information and stimuli to which we are
we are exposed to can easily drown out the quiet whisper of our intuition. We are there for other people,
soak up information like a sponge and quickly take on yet another task at work.
External (or perhaps internal) expectations of us can cause us to ignore the signals of our gut instincts.

And what could be better than inviting this far away from everyday life, in a place that offers so much beauty and few
external influences?
MORNING
We start our day with a yoga practice together to prepare our body and mind for the day.
for the day. Sun salutations and a well thought-out flow will help you to wake up your tired body and stretch in the fresh sea air. The special backdrop of the Portuguese Atlantic supports us
to breathe in harmony with the waves and perceive the connection between movement and breath.
Meditation & pranayama are also part of our morning together by the sea.
AFTERNOON
During the day, you have time to enjoy the impressive scenery, the ocean and the great air, go surfing, lie on the beach and simply relax.

EVENING
In our second daily session, we immerse ourselves in different practices that allow and encourage an inner connection. Yin Yoga is an outwardly calm practice that becomes a meditation - expressed through our bodies. It is not about taking a specific form, but rather about allowing stillness
and listening to what our body has to say.
Somatic movement is movement detached from form. We close our eyes and feel where our body
body wants to take us. Our inner voice is allowed to come to the fore here, because here too it is not about
form that we want to achieve, but movement as an expression of what is within us. Each
of the evening sessions ends with space for journaling. A lot happens when we are just with ourselves
and writing it all down is a wonderful tool for sorting ourselves.
We are by the sea, in the sun, in Portugal. That & many humorous moments together will ensure
that - in addition to exploring ourselves - we will have a lot of fun together in the group, enjoy a break from everyday life
from everyday life and perhaps gain our first experience on a surfboard.
In this retreat, we will create a safe space in which our yoga practice will serve as a tool to
break through the barriers that often prevent us from clearly hearing our inner voice - our truth.

In addition to the yoga retreat, the program of our camp consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions and small joint events, such as a campfire. Between your fixed yoga sessions and meal times, you have the opportunity to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a taster surf course for anyone who would like to try out this water sport. If you then want more, you can book further courses during the week or use our surf equipment and jump into the water yourself. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you in addition to the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, go for a walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a local market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
