The focus of the retreat is on coaching, me-time and nature, listening to yourself and letting go: Together in a group of wonderful women, we will give each other strength and realize that we are never alone with our issues. Together we will spend a wonderful weekend doing something good for ourselves both physically and mentally, listening to ourselves more closely and reflecting. We will have intensive coaching conversations, we will experience nature with all our senses, but we will also consciously become quiet. And the best thing about it: we will enjoy complete alpine luxury at over 1000m.
As I attach great importance to quality in my retreats, there are only ever 4 places per retreat. This ensures that it is not a mass event, but that I have enough time to respond to you personally. Personality is very important to me.

I am Madeline, a certified life coach and trainer for nature therapy, and I will accompany you on your time-out for a whole weekend.

Welcome to the Köpfle Alpe in Balderschwang - in the middle of the Allgäu and very close to the Bregenzerwald. You can expect honest Alpine cuisine with fresh, regional ingredients from the Allgäu and the surrounding area around Hittisau. Whether savory or sweet, vegetarian or vegan - we have something for every taste.

Included in your overnight stay is a hearty breakfast as well as a sweet and savory afternoon snack.

Arrival by Friday, 2 p.m. and then hike together to the Köpfle Alpe.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday adapted program, flexibility is necessary due to the weather.
Sunday departure in the afternoon.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 60% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 40% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 1% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If you have to cancel unexpectedly, the following conditions apply. Alternatively, you are welcome to choose someone else as a participant.

My cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 60 days before departure: All costs will be refunded
- Up to 30 days before departure: 60% of the costs will be refunded
- Up to 7 days before departure: 40% of the costs will be refunded
- From 6 days before departure: 0% of the costs will be refunded

The Köpfle Alpe cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Cancellation free of charge up to 180 days before arrival. Only a
processing fee of Euro 40.00 will be charged.
- Up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival, 20% of the booked arrangement
will be charged.
- Up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, 30% of the booked arrangement
will be charged.
- Up to 7 days before the date of arrival 70% of the booked arrangement is due
/ charged.
- From 6 days before the date of arrival, 90% of the booked arrangement is due / charged.
