You use the time of silence to make friends with possible inner burdens and reconcile them. In this way, they create space for change, recovery and strengthening.

You will be accommodated in the Mondsee guest house. The accommodation is well renovated and yet simple. The house is close to the event room. We will book the room for you. As single rooms are only available in small numbers, it is advisable to book as early as possible. Otherwise the rooms are spacious for 2 people. The costs are 140.- Euro for a double room and 180.- Euro for a single room.
All meals are vegetarian, ayrvedic and vegan. We are also happy to cater for any food restrictions. Simply let us know shortly before the start of the course. This way we can cater to your wishes together. Eating is understood as an exercise in mindfulness and practiced mindfully.
CONTENTS More than two thirds of the seminar time will be spent in silence. At certain times during the seminar, there will be time for sharing and exchanging experiences. In addition, there will be individual discussions in which questions and topics that arise during the silence and meditation can be named and deepened. The individual exercise phases (sitting, lying down and mindful YOGA exercises) rarely last longer than 30 minutes. The morning active meditations last 60 minutes, alternating between movement, breathing and stillness.

By train or plane to Salzburg. From Salzburg main station, take bus 140 from the main station to Mondsee every hour. From the bus station in Mondsee it is only a few steps to the accommodation and the ZEN room.
If you are coming by car, take the A1 from Salzburg to Mondsee via Munich or from Vienna via Linz. Mondsee has its own exit.

Marion and Berhard Hötzel provided loving, appreciative and competent support and a variety of exercises that led us into meditation and allowed us to become still. The food was excellent. I would recommend a retreat to anyone who is very stressed and wants to finally find some peace and quiet.
