Detailed description Sometimes it's not your life that's too loud, but your system that's too full. Too many stimuli, too little real rest, and at some point your body speaks up. Often through sleep, mood, energy, digestion, and that feeling that you no longer feel yourself properly. Coming Home is a women-only retreat in the Algarve. It is a conscious break that leads you back into your body. You will be given space, structure, and gentle practice so that your nervous system can switch gears again. You will learn how the body, stress, and digestion are connected, without pressure and without dogmatic rules. You can expect a combination of somatic tools, yoga, mindful movement, quiet moments in nature, and a nourishing, gut-friendly diet. Everything is designed to make you feel safe and supported.
