Sometimes it's not your life that's too loud, but your system that's too full. Too many stimuli, too little real rest, and at some point your body lets you know. Often about sleep, mood, energy, digestion and that feeling that you don't really feel yourself anymore.
Coming Home is a women-only retreat in the Algarve. It is a conscious time-out that takes you back into your body. You will be given space, structure and gentle practice so that your nervous system can switch over again. You will learn how the body, stress and digestion are connected, without pressure and without dogmatic rules.
You can expect a combination of somatic tools, yoga, mindful movement, quiet moments in nature and a nourishing, gut-friendly diet. Everything is designed to make you feel safe and supported. You don't have to do anything. You are allowed to arrive.
Who is the retreat suitable for
This retreat is suitable for you if you long for more peace in your body, if you are constantly in your head, if your stress also manifests itself physically or if you want to reconnect with your needs. You don't need any previous experience.
