Summary

Experience has shown us that for many people, it is difficult to attend all eight sessions of the 8-week course. This is partly due to work and personal commitments that make it hard to commit to a schedule of eight weekly meetings.
Our weekly program offers you the opportunity to participate in a compact format. During this MBSR week, all the content of the classic 8-week MBSR course is covered.
In this format, we guide you via phone and email, through the weekly meditation exercises and reflections.
Seminar Leaders:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel, and we each have 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have spent working as meditation teachers.
At our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA, and Europe, and are very familiar with humanistic psychology and our modern times.

Accommodation

As a tourist destination, Mondsee offers a wide variety of accommodations. There are options in many different categories, as well as lovely campgrounds. We’d be happy to help you find the right one. It’s best to choose accommodation close to town so that the trip to the ZENraum doesn’t take too long. If you bring a bicycle, you can explore the area around Mondsee during your breaks.

Catering

Lunch is an integral part of the course and consists exclusively of Ayurvedic, vegetarian, or vegan dishes.
We are happy to accommodate individual dietary restrictions; please let us know when you register so that we can work together to meet your needs. You will have breakfast at your accommodation, and there are many lovely restaurants in Mondsee to choose from for dinner.

Arrival

Travel to Salzburg by car, train, or plane.

From the airport, take City Bus 2 to the main train station. From Salzburg Main Station, take Postbus 140 to Mondsee Bus Station every 30 minutes. From there, you can reach many of the accommodations on foot. The town center is also within walking distance of many accommodations.

By car, you can reach us via Salzburg, Vienna, or Linz on the A1. Mondsee has its own exit.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 61 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a substitute participant is provided, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of signing it, without giving any reason. Restriction: However, this applies only if the period between the booking and the start of the course is at least 21 days.
