Mindful body awareness (body scan) while lying down and sitting
Mindful bodywork (light yoga exercises)
Meditations while sitting and walking
Integrating mindfulness exercises into daily life
Short lectures on key topics such as mindfulness, stress,
feelings, perception, communication, compassion
Elements of informal practice:
Recognizing one’s own stressors
Basic knowledge of general stressors
Perception of feelings and emotions, fear, pain, general
and individual stressors
Learning about and applying mindful communication
Short lectures on key topics such as mindfulness, stress,
feelings, perception, communication, compassion
Integrating what you’ve learned into daily life
Short lectures and group discussions

This represents a possible daily structure, which is discussed with the participants on a case-by-case basis.

Seminar leaders:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel, and we each have 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have spent working as meditation teachers.
We teach at our own institute, as well as serving as guest instructors at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA, and Europe, and are very familiar with humanistic psychology and the modern world.
