Summary

Experience has taught us that it is almost impossible for many people to attend the eight individual meetings during the eight-week course. This is partly due to professional and private circumstances, which make it almost impossible to maintain continuity with eight weekly meetings.
Our weekly offer gives you the opportunity to take part in a compact format. During this MBSR week, all the content of the classic MBSR 8-week course is taught.
In these formats, we accompany you by telephone and e-mail through the weekly changing meditation exercises and reflections.

Seminar leader:
We are Marion and Bernhard Hötzel and we each have over 45 years of meditation experience, 20 of which we have been working as meditation teachers.
In our own institute, as well as guest teachers at other institutes and as lecturers for NEURO-Meditation at the TH-Campus Vienna. We have received traditional training in Asia, the USA and Europe and are very familiar with the humanistic psychology of our modern times.

Accommodation

As a tourist resort, Mondsee offers a wide range of different types of accommodation. There is accommodation in many categories and also beautiful campsites. We are happy to help you with your search. The accommodation should ideally be close to the town so that the journey to the ZENraum does not take too much time. If you take a bike with you, you can explore the route around Lake Mondsee during the breaks.

Catering

Lunch is an integral part of the course and is exclusively Ayurvedic, vegetarian or vegan.
We are happy to take individual restrictions into consideration, please let us know when you register so that we can adapt to your wishes together. You will have breakfast at your accommodation and for dinner you can choose from some very nice restaurants in Mondsee

Arrival

By car, train or plane to Salzburg.

From the airport, take the city bus 2 to the main train station. From Salzburg main station, take the Postbus 140 to Mondsee bus station every 30 minutes. From here you can reach much of the accommodation on foot. The center is also within walking distance of many accommodations.

You can reach us by car via Salzburg, Vienna or Linz on the A1. Mondsee has its own exit.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 61 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

If a replacement participant is provided, only a processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
Revocation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of conclusion without giving any reason. Restriction: However, this only applies if the period from booking to the start of the course is not less than 21 days.
