"Finca Ses Rotetes" is an enchanting property on the east coast of Mallorca, which, with its spacious terraces and well-kept green areas, offers enough space to relax and unwind.

The large pool is ideal for cooling off after yoga sessions or in between, while the majestic trees in the garden provide enough shade for a pleasant get-together on the terrace.

Due to the proximity to the beautiful beaches and bays of the east coast of Mallorca, the enchanting Mediterranean Sea is also ideal for a refreshing dip at any time.

The finca also has a yoga room, which is used for practice in bad weather and quiet sessions. However, the majority of the yoga sessions take place outdoors.

On the first floor there is a spacious apartment for 6 people, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility, a large kitchen with dining room and living room.

On the second floor there are 4 double bedrooms with bathroom en-suite and 1 double bedroom with bathroom outside the room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a very large dining room with fireplace and a small living room. All rooms are equipped with central heating.

Catering

The price includes a daily breakfast and evening menu.
During the 7-hour catamaran trip, an extensive barbecue is available, which is also included in the price.

Awareness Movement Yoga will also take you out to a charming village and you will have dinner there together - however, you will have to pay for this dinner yourself.

On the last day after check-out at 10:00, there is the option of having breakfast together in a brunch restaurant - which you also have to pay for yourself.

If special requests are made, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan or other food, Awareness Movement Yoga will be happy to accommodate them and implement the suggestions.

-Physiotherapy meets Yoga

Physiotherapy and yoga are very closely related and can benefit significantly from each other when practiced together. In both disciplines, the focus is on training awareness of body and mind, strengthening the muscles to stabilize the joints and improving mobility.
The nervous system, breathing and stress also play a major role when it comes to maintaining vitality and health. As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, it is therefore very important to Manuel to create a link between physiotherapy and yoga, which is developed both practically and theoretically in this unit.

-Vinyasa Flow
In Vinyasa Flow, the focus is on breathing, combined with flowing movements of the body. This dynamic practice mobilizes the entire body and at the same time strengthens the musculoskeletal system. Yoga flows are ideal for letting go of thoughts and getting the body's own energy flowing again. The intensity of the yoga flow is individually adapted to you, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing yoga session.

-Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga practice is characterized by long yoga poses. This rather static style of yoga focuses on stabilization and strengthening. At the same time, flexibility is also challenged and encouraged.
Mental focus is very much required in this unit, as a lot of concentration is needed to hold the challenging positions with correct alignment. Of course, the instructors will also adapt the intensity to your individual level.

-Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a very passive and calm yoga practice. In these relaxing sessions, you hold the individual positions for an average of 3-5 minutes. But don't worry, unlike Hatha Yoga, in Yin Yoga you only hold passive yoga poses, so you can let yourself go completely.
Due to this longer than average holding time, Yin yoga targets the deep joint structures, such as the joint capsule and ligaments. This calm practice is therefore ideal for releasing old blockages and clearing your mind.

-Mobility yoga
In mobility yoga, you get your entire body moving again through a variety of dynamic and static physical exercises combined with targeted breathing techniques. This session aims to make your body light and free again after the journey.
The intensity of this session is rather low, as it is the first session of the retreat and the focus is on physical mobilization to increase your general well-being. So if your body tweaks and twitches in some places after your arrival, don't miss this session.

-Dance meets Yoga
Dance meets yoga is a mixture of vinyasa flow and contemporary dance, combining the feeling of music and movements from yoga. Dancing gives the feeling of freedom, while yoga calms the mind. You do not need any dance experience for this session.

-Acroyoga
Do you enjoy sharing the joy of movement with your partner, friends or family? Then acro-yoga is just the thing for you. In this session, Alisea and Manuel will introduce you step by step to the practice of partner stretching, partner strength exercises and partner acrobatics.
The workshop is suitable for all levels as it is specifically tailored to your individual needs! Don't miss out on this session and immerse yourself in the world of partner acrobatics with Alisea and Manuel.

-Handstand and arm balance workshop
A handstand and arm balancing workshop is a must at a yoga retreat run by two amrbalance junkies. That's why they want to give you this opportunity with this special, more acrobatic session. Don't worry, even if you've never balanced on your hands before, in this session they will give you helpful tips on how to take your body tension and control to the next level. This workshop is therefore not only suitable for all levels, but also provides added value for those who don't want to balance on their hands

Please book your flight to Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Awareness Movement Yoga will connect participants with each other to facilitate carpooling.
Awareness Movement Yoga will also provide participants with information on bus connections and offer pick-up in Porto Christo.
They will make every effort to ensure that everyone gets to the finca easily and without worries!
