Thanks to many years of experience with yoga and detox, Vidyamor can design your own personal retreat that is perfectly tailored to your needs. Vidyamor offers you a beautiful oasis to combine yoga with different types of cleansing and detox techniques in combination with raw food in a very protected environment to heal your body, mind and soul. As there is only one guest lodge, you have the opportunity to enjoy the oasis without other visitors and groups. The retreat from routine and the associated pressure to consume opens up new spaces that inspire and create creativity. In addition to the physical aspect, the aim of the retreat is to create a spiritual basis for a possible new beginning.

The courses of this retreat can be taught in German, English or Spanish, depending on the wishes of the participants.

During your vacation, you will stay in the cozy and lovingly designed guest house with sea view, private veranda and bathroom. Surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, the unique guest house of Vidyamor La Palma can be reached via a 7-minute walk and has:

~ a double bed and a single bed that can be used as a couch
~ a small raw food kitchen
~ a wood-burning stove with a glass door through which you can watch the fire instead of watching TV ;)
~ air conditioning
~ a private veranda with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs
~ a private sunbathing area with a hammock

On the day of your arrival, Vidyamor La Palma welcomes you with a delicious raw food dinner of fresh salad, avocados, bread made from sprouted grains, olives and herbal tea. During the six days of your fasting cure, Vidyamor La Palma offers a cleansing fasting menu with organic fruit and vegetables, juices and detox tea throughout the day to detoxify the body.

There are two mono-meals each day, which means you can eat as many mangoes as you want, for example, but not a mixture of different types of fruit. This makes it easier to digest and you will know when you have had enough. You won't go hungry like with other types of fasting. It is a beautiful experience to eat food in its pure form for a while, just as Mother Nature intended for us. In addition to the two mono meals, Vidyamor serves you three different juices and a liter of detox tea every day.

On the sixth day of the fast, Vidyamor La Palma adds some avocados to break the fast. On the day of departure, Vidyamor La Palma provides you with fruit, nuts and dried fruit for your journey.

Experience has shown that detox and yoga can have a noticeable positive impact on well-being and the healing process in a short space of time. Many guests felt "reborn" after the intensive cleansing retreat.
Prevention instead of aftercare

As a large part of the entire immune system is located in the gut, cleansing it can be seen as an important basis for an intact immune system, more vitality and increased well-being. Effective and painless colonic irrigations are suitable for this, as they can dissolve decades-old residues and hardened deposits.

The associated fruit and juice fasting can help the body to detoxify and normalize the acid-base balance, which can become unbalanced due to denatured foods such as white sugar, white flour, excessive meat consumption or stress.

Liver cleansing offers an easy way to remove gallstones from the liver and gallbladder painlessly and effectively.

A day in the oasis

Your stay and the program are tailored to your personal needs and wishes. You start the day whenever you feel like it. You will be served your fasting menu for the day. The first yoga session takes place half an hour later. Afterwards, you have the option of booking additional detox treatments, exploring the island or simply relaxing. If you feel like it, pranayama and mantra chanting can also be included in the daily program.

Arrival by plane

Please book your flight to Santa Cruz de La Palma (SPC). An airport transfer is available, but the organizer recommends renting a car, as the Vidyamor oasis is somewhat remote and not easily accessible by public transport.

Airport transfer : from La Palma airport to the oasis takes about 75 minutes and costs 80 € each way.
