🌿 Seminar schedule - light, lively & a little different every day
Our days have a pleasant basic structure - and at the same time enough flexibility to allow us to adapt to the group, the weather and the mood.
In the morning, we start the day together, usually from 08:00-09:00 or until 09:30.
You can expect a cheerful mix of breathing exercises, laughter yoga, gentle movement or yoga nidra - a relaxed start full of lightness.
Afterwards, we'll have a leisurely breakfast in the garden.
From around 11:00-13:00 we devote ourselves to the next impulses:
Laughter exercises, mindfulness, happiness impulses, small creative units - sometimes moving, sometimes still.
After the big break, we let ourselves drift:
Sometimes we are drawn to the sea, sometimes to the Molyvos region, sometimes we stay in the island garden under the trees.
We combine movement, laughter, nature and small exercises - completely free and in the rhythm of the day.
A free afternoon is also planned so that there is enough space for swimming, relaxing, massages or short excursions.
We set off on a day trip together after breakfast and spend several hours out and about - always mindful, always light, always with an eye for beauty.
In short:
Every day looks a little different - and that's exactly what makes this week so beneficial.
Everything is allowed, nothing has to be.
