The perimenopause often begins in your late 30s/early 40s, when you're not even thinking about the menopause. The menopause starts around 50 and then the postmenopause begins. The menopause is therefore a long period of time and you can only give a rough age. Every woman is different.

This seminar is therefore also suitable for younger women if you are interested in doing something good for yourself and gaining valuable knowledge about the menopause and transitional periods.

Are you sleeping badly all of a sudden? Are you often irritable or tearful? Are you more easily overwhelmed than you were recently? Your blood pressure is suddenly so high? You no longer feel like having sex? You are sweating profusely.
These are just some of the symptoms that can herald the menopause.

I am 58 years old and already in the postmenopause and I would like to support you, because in these years it is important that self-love, self-acceptance and mindfulness are your constant companions.

I have chosen the Jakobsberg monastery near Bingen for this little monastery break. High up on the Jakobsberg you will find absolute tranquillity, beautiful nature, impressive views and a mindful environment. Just right for relaxing and finding yourself.

In this seminar, you will learn about various mindfulness practices. Body awareness exercises that improve your body consciousness, mindful yoga exercises and walking meditation / meditative walks in the beautiful surroundings of the Jakobsberg monastery, impulse lectures on hormone balance and breathing exercises will enable you to experience how you can achieve self-love and self-acceptance and feel completely well and balanced again.

A relaxing, conscious time-out with lots of moments of enjoyment and well-being. We will have a really good time and you will receive a treasure chest filled to the brim with valuable content to help you feel good in the long term.

It is helpful to learn how to get through this sensitive time of change. With serenity and in your own strength. Be aware of yourself. Don't abandon yourself to your hormonal fluctuations but find out how you can take control of your own life. You will receive many valuable tips.

If you have a longer journey, you can also arrive on Friday and arrive comfortably. Provided there is a free room.

The seminar starts on Saturday at 10 a.m. with getting to know each other in the group and a short ritual.
Afterwards we will practice a walking meditation in the beautiful surroundings of the monastery.
If the weather is fine, we will move many of the exercises and discussions to the peaceful and beautiful monastery garden.
In rainy weather we will be in the seminar room.

We will do mindfulness and breathing exercises to help us feel the body better.

After lunch together, there will be plenty of time for yourself. You can go for a walk, sit by the pond in the garden or simply take a nap.

In the afternoon, you will learn interesting facts about hormones and receive tips on how you can support yourself through nutrition. We will also look at symptoms from a holistic perspective and use mindfulness to help you learn how to cope better with adversity and mood swings.

A movement meditation rounds off the program on this day.

After dinner, we can stop off at the rustic monastery tavern or go for an evening walk.

On Sunday after breakfast we start with mindful yoga. In the garden if the weather is fine.

We talk about our sensitivities and do some self-reflection on the topic of setting boundaries and sensing needs.

After lunch, we practice a very touching shamanic rite of passage.

The seminar ends on Sunday at 5 pm.

I reserve the right to change the program points, because I work intuitively and from the present moment. This is what makes my seminars so special. I focus on each individual woman and always on the group as a whole. It is important that every woman feels seen and listened to. I am practiced in this. I have been self-employed in the field of mindfulness, meditation and consciousness expansion for 22 years.
