Back to nature—that’s the theme of my little retreat.
Everyday life is becoming faster and more hectic. Sometimes we can barely manage our daily tasks. We feel drained and tired. How much we long for a little break.
During my little retreat, we’ll spend plenty of time in the forest and take that little break. We immerse ourselves in the soothing greenery and enjoy the peace and shelter of the forest. We take mindful walks and become aware of the little things. Barefoot or in shoes—whatever suits you best. In outdoor hammocks, we let our minds wander and listen to the sounds of nature. We gather treasures from the forest, listen to the babbling of a stream, and unwind with various relaxation and mindfulness exercises.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the price. If you are traveling from out of town, I would be happy to help you find suitable lodging. There is a vacation rental available for booking not far from my studio. If you need help finding a place to stay, please let me know in your inquiry.

Catering

Drinks such as tea, water, and coffee will be provided during the workshop. Light snacks and fruit are also included in the price. Please let me know your dietary preferences when booking so that I can accommodate your needs.

We’ll start at 9:30 a.m. with a brief round of introductions to help everyone settle in.
After that, we’ll get in the right mindset for our mini-retreat with a relaxation session.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we’ll head into the forest. There, we’ll spend some relaxing and rejuvenating time together. Through simple mindfulness exercises, we’ll consciously take in our surroundings and sharpen our senses.
Anyone who’d like to can walk barefoot during the mindful walk. We’ll collect treasures from the forest. At 12:30 p.m., I’ll invite you to join me for lunch/a picnic. We’ll refuel with simple, natural snacks. Afterward, there will be a relaxation session. Around 2:00 p.m., we’ll set up the hammocks, and everyone will have some “me time.” Around 2:45 p.m., we’ll start our walk back.
After a brief review and feedback session, we’ll wrap up our little retreat. Ends around 5:00 p.m.
The times listed are approximate. We want to spend the day without pressure or stress.

Day 2 begins at 9:30 a.m. We’ll start with a short Pilates session; weather permitting, we’ll head outside into nature. Afterward, I’ll invite you to join me for a cup of tea or coffee. Then we’ll head back into the forest. On this day, you’re invited to listen to the sounds of the forest, accompanied by singing bowl music. You’re welcome to close your eyes and simply be. After a meal, we’ll slowly make our way back. The day ends around 3:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
