During this Aerial Yoga Weekend, we’ll dive into a variety of aerial yoga exercises. You’ll learn the basics, restorative poses, and supportive inversions using the aerial yoga hammock. With our extensive experience, we’ll guide you through this yoga weekend.

This weekend is part of the 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, which consists of 2 modules or weekends. You are welcome to participate in the Teacher Training or simply enjoy a relaxing and exciting Aerial Yoga weekend.

Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You will learn many aerial yoga exercises ranging from basic to advanced, the benefits of aerial yoga, how to use the yoga hammock safely, different types of yoga hammocks and their advantages, as well as the basics of inverted yoga poses.
We will primarily practice using a soft yoga hammock with leg and hand loops, which allows for many different variations of aerial yoga poses.

The weekend takes place in central Lucerne, near the train station.

Cost for Aerial TT Module 1 (30 hours): CHF 920 per module (includes course materials and certificate of completion)
Cost for participation only (without course materials): CHF 870

Catering

Meals are not included, so please bring your own.
On Saturday, there are several takeout spots and restaurants in the area.
On Sunday, we recommend bringing your own food or picking something up near the train station. At Lucerne Station, we recommend Tibits, which offers vegetarian and vegan options.

The Aerial Yoga Weekend is included in the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. There is also a follow-up Module 2 as a 20-hour TT. You can join the group, but you are not required to participate in the Teacher Training. You are welcome to attend the Anatomy Module or the other workshops. Take a break for yourself whenever you need it.
If interested, you can also register for the Teacher Training and purchase the script separately.

Module 1 Content:
Basics, Safety, and Anatomy
Safety in the hammock, equipment
Beginner asanas and intermediate asanas
Workshop (using a different yoga hammock for comparison and testing)*
Anatomy: Key Muscles
Beginner Workshop (how to teach, how to guide beginners, possible sequencing)*
*If there are open spots, this workshop is also open to external participants.

Surcharge for Module 1 script: CHF 50.00

Arrival

The studio is centrally located in Lucerne, about an 8-minute walk from Lucerne train station, making it easily accessible on foot.

There are also several bus routes, and the bus stop is right in front of the building.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the lake.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 31 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 8 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Deposit: CHF 300
To secure your spot. This amount is non-refundable if you cancel less than one month in advance. After that, the cancellation policy applies.

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel before the first session:
Up to 30 days before the start = deposit amount (see module)
29–8 days before the start = 50%
7–0 days before the start = 100%
