Summary

During this aerial yoga weekend, we will immerse ourselves in many aerial yoga exercises. You will learn the basics, restorative poses and supportive inversions with the aerial yoga sling. We will introduce you to working with the aerial yoga sling and inversions with a lot of experience and passion.
This weekend is part of the 50h Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, which includes 2 modules or weekends. You are welcome to take part in the Teacher Training or simply enjoy a relaxed and exciting aerial weekend.

You will learn a variety of aerial yoga exercises, the benefits of aerial yoga, how to use the yoga towel safely and the basics of inversion poses with the yoga towel.
We mainly practise with a soft yoga towel with leg and hand loops, with which many different variations of aerial yoga poses are possible. You will also learn the poses with the normal large yoga towel in an aerial yoga workshop.

The weekend takes place centrally in Lucerne, near the train station.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included and must be booked by yourself.

Catering

Catering is not included and you must bring your own.
On Saturday there are several take-aways and restaurants in the area.
On Sunday we recommend that you bring your own food or pick it up near the train station. At Lucerne station we recommend Tibits with vegetarian / vegan cuisine.

The Aerial Yoga Weekend is included in the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. You join the group, but do not have to participate in the Teacher Training. You are free to attend the anatomy module or the other workshops. Take a break for yourself if you need to.
If you are interested, you can also register for the Teacher Training and purchase the script.

Module 1 content:
Basics, safety and anatomy
Safety in the cloth, material
Beginner asanas and intermediate asanas
Workshop (with a different yoga sling, for comparison and testing)*
Anatomy: important muscles
Beginner workshop (how to teach, how to instruct beginners, possible sequencing)*
*This workshop is also open to external participants if places are available.

Surcharge for script module 1: Fr. 50.-

Arrival

The studio is centrally located in Lucerne, approx. 8 minutes' walk from Lucerne railroad station and is therefore easily accessible on foot.

There are also several buses, the bus stop is directly in front of the house.

There are parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the lake.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 31 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 8 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Deposit: Fr. 300.-
So that your place is firmly reserved. This amount will not be refunded if you cancel less than one month in advance. After that, the cancellation conditions apply.

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel before the first date:
up to 30 days before the start = deposit amount (see module)
29-08 days before the start = 50%
07-00 days before start = 100%
