Catering

During your stay you will receive alkaline food according to Wacker. All meals in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening.
A tea and water station is available to you during your vacation. We are happy to cater for food intolerances. This trip is alkaline fasting according to Wacker (for healthy people). If you are unsure, please ask your doctor whether he or she recommends an alkaline fasting trip.

Via the A48 - exit Kaisersesch or Ulmen - down to the Moselle to Senhals.
Via the A61 over the Hunsrück - down to the Moselle via Beilstein or Senheim
From Cochem you can cycle along the beautiful Moselle.
Senhals is a district of Senheim - we are on the Eifel side.

All in all a very nice hotel + room. All in all a great arrangement to get to know alkaline fasting. The guided hikes were very informative and well coordinated, varied and diverse dishes and ideas for cooking.
