Day 1 - Arrival and getting in the mood
Arrival at the hotel from 15:00, check-in and room occupancy
Welcome and distribution of your fasting documents (folder, diary, brochure)
Introductory lecture: fasting methods, liver compresses, bowel cleansing
Glauber's salt cure to get you in the mood for fasting
Evening: Light broth and tea
Days 2-4 - Fasting and experience
Morning:
Morning meeting with breathing and relaxation exercises
Fasting breakfast with tea and freshly squeezed juices
During the day:
Participation in guided hikes through the Thuringian Forest (3 hikes on selected days)
Relaxation in the wellness area: indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna area, graduation house
Use of the tea and water bar during the day
Individual free time for relaxation, reading or walks
In the afternoon:
Fasting lunch with vegetable broths or soups (depending on the program)
Participation in health lectures or optional evening meditation
Evening:
Fasting board: fresh vegetable soups, broths, tea and juices
Time for relaxation and reflection
Day 5 - Conclusion, preparation for the build-up day
Morning:
Final meeting: reflection on the fasting week and tips for everyday life
Enjoy the fasting breakfast
During the day:
Individual relaxation or walks
Full board on the build-up day with light and digestible meals
In the evening:
Farewell evening with your new insights and experiences
Day 6 - Departure
Vitality breakfast buffet to fortify you for the journey home
Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
Start your journey home with new impulses and a strengthened sense of well-being
