An alkaline fast is a gentle and enjoyable form of fasting that does not require giving up solid food—instead, it involves consuming only alkaline-forming foods. The goal is to gently restore the body’s acid-alkaline balance, relieve the metabolism, and gain new energy—without feeling hungry or physically weak.
What does that mean in practice?
During an alkaline fast, you enjoy three light but nutrient-rich meals a day made from fresh, purely plant-based foods—all of which are alkaline-forming, natural, and rich in vital nutrients.
Acid-forming foods such as animal products, grains, sugar, coffee, alcohol, and highly processed foods are completely avoided.
The result: The body can gently cleanse, deacidify, and regenerate—and you get to enjoy the process! Many people report feeling lighter, sleeping better, thinking more clearly, and having a stronger sense of physical well-being after just a few days.
Alkaline fasting is ideal for anyone who wants to gently relieve stress, slow down, and eat mindfully at the same time—with joy, mindfulness, and a new sense of vitality.
Day 1 – Arrival and Preparation

Days 2–4 – Fasting and Experience
Morning:
Group morning session with breathing and relaxation exercises
Fasting breakfast with tea and freshly squeezed juices
During the day:
Participation in guided hikes through the Thuringian Forest (3 hikes on selected days)
Relaxation in the wellness area: indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna area, graduation tower
Use of the tea and water bar during the day
Free time for relaxation, reading, or walks
Afternoon:
Fasting lunch with vegetable broths or soups (depending on the program)
Participation in health lectures or optional evening meditation
