What awaits you on the Alm...
DAY 1: ARRIVE & RELAX
The first step is to get away from everyday life. Your retreat begins when you reach the hut - consciously, calmly and mindfully. You get to know the group, calm down and feel for the first time that you can simply be yourself here.
DAY 2: SENSES & PERCEPTION
You sharpen your senses - for yourself, your body and what is good for you. You recognize what takes energy from you - and what gives you new energy. Exercise in nature and targeted impulses from resilience coaching help you to focus on the essentials.
DAY 3: FOCUS & RESILIENCE
What carries you through challenging times? You will find your inner resources, activate your self-efficacy and develop strategies for dealing with pressure and stress more confidently in the future.
DAY 4: TRANSFER & EVERYDAY LIFE
On the last day, you will gather your insights and develop your personal everyday compass. You return to the valley with concrete tools, clarity and new strength - strengthened and with the good feeling of being back in your center.
METHODOLOGY
Mindfulness exercises, yoga, stretching and breathing exercises, individual and group work, sharing experiences in the group, reflection exercises, experiential learning, theoretical input.
