"Meditation is simply about being yourself and gradually realizing who you are." (Jon Kabat-Zinn)
Discover a world of stillness and presence in which you can get to know and explore yourself on a deeper level. Through meditations and mindfulness exercises from East and West, we will immerse ourselves together in the deeper dimensions of being. This is about letting go of restrictive concepts and what holds us back from our true self.
Who am I? What do I really want? What is the meaning of my life?
Perhaps we can find the answers to these questions in silence.
At St. Boniface's Monastery, we have the opportunity to meet each other more consciously and more kindly in a beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Through suitable framework conditions, silence and mindfulness, we can set points of rest and experience more strength and serenity within ourselves.
This offer is suitable for people with and without previous experience. People who have no experience in mindfulness training or meditation are welcome to contact me for more information about the process.
