In this compact weekly format, you will immerse yourself in the practice of mindful stress management. You will learn effective methods to:

In addition to the intensive week-long course on site, it is important to us that mindfulness becomes not just a moment, but an attitude that accompanies you in your everyday life. Therefore:
- Receive concrete tools to sustainably integrate mindful islands into your life.
- There is an accompanying online reflection meeting approx. 4 weeks after the course to help you deepen and implement your experiences.
- Depending on the weather, individual meditations also take place in nature, e.g. in the forest or at a place of power such as a waterfall.
The combination of experiencing nature and mindfulness creates a special depth, strengthens your own perception and opens up new inner spaces.
