A journey of the heart in the Bregenzerwald
Breathe deeply, feel the rhythm of your body and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature. This retreat invites you to spend four days consciously living in harmony with yourself, the group and the surrounding mountain landscape. Through mindful breathing exercises, breathwork sessions, meditation and gentle movements, you will open your heart, release tension and recharge your batteries. Hikes through untouched nature, rituals by the fire and delicious vegetarian wild herb meals round off the experience and connect you with the living power of the earth and its healing herbs.
In the breathwork sessions, we work with the connected breath. This involves breathing a little faster and more forcefully than usual. This technique makes it possible to set deep processes in motion and to experience individual body sensations. We gain access to hidden memories, feelings or insights. We immerse ourselves in our senses and feelings and experience a space in which everything is allowed to be unconditionally present.
