During the breathwork sessions, we work with connected breathing. This involves breathing a little faster and more powerfully than usual. This technique allows us to initiate deep processes and experience individual bodily sensations. We gain access to hidden memories, feelings, or insights. We immerse ourselves in our senses and feelings and experience a space where everything is allowed to exist unconditionally.
