The days begin with morning yoga sessions that gently awaken, mobilize, and strengthen the body. The practice is intentionally structured to help you ground yourself in your own body and develop a stable foundation for the day. Breath and movement intertwine, fostering presence and inner alignment.
In the breathwork sessions, the work goes a level deeper. Through connected breathing, spaces open up for emotions, inner processes, and conscious experience. Everything is allowed to be there—at your own pace, supported by a clear, safe framework. The breathwork helps release tension, experience inner expansiveness, and encounter yourself on a deeper level.
Between the group sessions, there is ample time for integration and retreat. Guided activities such as journaling or somatic movement exercises help you process and embody what you have experienced. At the same time, there is intentionally set aside free time—for rest, walks, reflection, or simply doing nothing. This creates a natural rhythm of depth, recovery, and inner openness.
In the evening, gentle practices such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, or a singing circle invite you to gently wind down the day. The focus is on relaxation, regulating the nervous system, and a sense of inner connection. The daily schedule serves as a loving guide and is adapted to group dynamics, energy, and external conditions.
