Breathwork & Yoga in den Bergen

Retreat to the Mountain Retreat Center in the Chiemgau mountains. The Retreat Center has 20 rooms with views of the impressive natural landscape of the Alps. It can happen that you are amazed out of nowhere. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat in its own right. Small, fine, cozy.

The full board at the Mountain Retreat Center is vegetarian and vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we also attach particular importance to a good, healthy breakfast - always including warm porridge. For lunch you enjoy soup, bread and spreads, and in the evening you are treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses and a dessert. Always freshly cooked and as seasonal as possible. Intolerances can be catered for by prior arrangement.

Breathing is a game between tensing and letting go. With every breath you take, you create space for change. In the mountains of Chiemgau, you will learn a variety of breathing techniques. A deep understanding of breathwork develops. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing emotions and stress. In an atmosphere of trust and openness, there is an opportunity to let go of old thought patterns and integrate new, positive energy.

In the daily yoga sessions, you will feel your inner strength and balance grow. You move your body powerfully and mindfully at the same time. A feeling of flexibility and deep relaxation develops. Experience moments of calm and clarity through the combination of yoga and breathing work.

During the Breathwork & Yoga days, you will delve deep into the following topics with Jenny and Jess:

- Getting to know a variety of breathing techniques
- Practicing holistic yoga
- Feeling emotions and releasing blockages
- Regulating the nervous system
- Experience community and connection

The Mountain Retreat Center is located in the German Chiemgau region, on the border with Austria.

Arrival by car
Take the A8 highway (coming from Munich or Salzburg) and exit at Frasdorf in the direction of Aschau, from there it is a 15-minute drive to Sachrang.

Arrival by train
Take the train or bus to Aschau or Prien im Chiemgau. From there you can either take the bus (few connections) or a cab to Sachrang.
